West River Valley Assisted Living
West River Valley Assisted Living is a licensed assisted living program providing up to Enhanced Residential Care Tier III level of care through the Vermont Medicaid Waiver Choices for Care program. A registered nurse oversees care planning and medication management, while a resident care staff, on site 24/7, provides assistance with activities of daily living, cleaning, laundry service, and transportation to medical appointments. A fully-staffed commercial kitchen provides full meal service; a range of stimulating recreational and leisure activities are also offered.
