What level of care do you provide?
Go BackWest River Valley Assisted Living is a Vermont State licensed Assisted Living Facility. The services we provide are all intended to help elders maintain their independence in a community setting and delay or prevent admittance to a nursing home. While the care we provide comes close to nursing home care (in fact, the care we provide through the Medicaid Choices for Care Enhanced Residential Care program, of which we are a participant, is termed "nursing home level of care," as it assists elders with two or more limitations regarding Activities of Daily Living), we are not able to accommodate the needs of all our residents as they age.
