Are the units affordable?

Yes-all of the units are affordable. Rents are restricted in 34 of the 52 units in the two buildings. These units are restricted to residents making below 50% and 60% of median income (approximately $21,000 and $25,000). While all the other units are open to persons of any income, these, too, are affordable, with rents below Fair Market Rents for the area.
